The January and February classes will cover basic flowers with Valentine themed modeling.

The March classes will cover basic flowers with an Easter theme.

All courses include tea, coffee and cakes during the half day class.

We provide all the equipment you need along with the cupcakes although we do not provide aprons. Please feel free to bring your own.

2012 Totally Scrumptious Classes

The classes vary according to the time of year but all courses will include flower making using cutters and you will also be shown how to make some hand modelled flowers, including roses. The themes we will be working around will be Love (Valentines Day), Spring/Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and some general Birthday ideas. The classes last 3 hours and include refreshments and cakes to keep you going :-)

The course includes:

6 cupcakes and boxes to take the decorated cakes home in

We will supply the sugarpaste and frosting and all cutters and equipment needed.

We will show you how to cover a cupcake with sugar-paste and frosting

You will be able to experiment with different piping nozzles - Piping with buttercream

You will get a reciepe and helpful tips sheet

Tea, coffee, and cake is included.

Courses in milton Keynes

The courses running in Milton Keynes will be run at FRINGEMK:Westbury.

We are hoping to start the courses from 12th November 2011. We are just waiting for confirmation from the venue about these dates so please bear with us.

We are now running Classes!!!

Totally Scrumptious is now running classes!! We are very excited about this :-)

Class information as follows:

Basic Cupcake with a Halloween twist!
Saturday 22nd October Little Wymondley 11-2.30pm

We will be teaching you how to use cutters to make flowers and leaves aswell as modeling roses, how to emboss icing to create artistic designs. We will also show you how to make a few spooky Halloween models to impress your friends and family over Halloween.

The course includes:

12 cupcakes and boxes to take the decorated cakes home in
